YOMACARE is a subscription-based emergency ambulance assistance initiative by CARE प्रतिष्ठान designed to provide priority ambulance services within a defined 5 km radius in North East Mumbai.

It is not insurance. It is not a hospital. It is assured emergency transportation support when you need it most.

2️⃣ How is this different from calling a regular ambulance?

When you call a regular ambulance:
• Availability is uncertain
• Pricing may vary
• Response time depends on location

With YOMACARE:
• You are a registered member
• Your location is pre-mapped
• You receive priority dispatch within your service radius
• Pricing is predefined under your plan

Preparedness replaces panic.

3️⃣ What areas do you currently cover?

We are launching in North East Mumbai including:
• Mulund
• Bhandup
• Nahur
• Vikhroli

Service is within a 5 km radius from the registered address. Expansion is planned area-by-area to maintain response efficiency.

4️⃣ What type of ambulance do you provide?

Our ambulances are equipped with:
• Oxygen support
• Basic life-saving equipment
• Medical emergency kit
• Trained driver and support staff

They are ideal for stabilization and hospital transfer.

5️⃣ Is medical staff (doctor/nurse) included?

Currently, the service includes basic life-support capability. Advanced medical support may be available at additional cost depending on requirement and availability.

6️⃣ How many times can I use the service?

Depending on your plan:
• ₹999 Senior Citizen Plan – 4 services/year
• ₹1,799 Senior Citizen Couple Plan – 4 services/year
• ₹4,999 Family Plan – 5 services/year
• ₹9,999 Life Saver Plan – 6 services/year

Unused services do not roll over.

7️⃣ What if the emergency is outside the 5 km radius?

Members may opt for extended coverage within MMR Region by paying an additional ₹1,999 annually (as applicable under selected plans).

For out-of-zone trips, additional per-km charges may apply.

8️⃣ Is this transferable?

No. Membership is non-transferable.
Family plans require prior declaration of members at enrollment. Registered user details are mandatory.

9️⃣ Is there a waiting period after enrollment?

To prevent misuse, a short activation period (e.g., 48–72 hours) may apply after registration confirmation.

🔟 What happens if ambulances are busy?

We maintain controlled area-wise member limits to reduce overload risk. However, in rare peak emergencies, response may depend on real-time availability.

We are expanding fleet strength to minimize such situations.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated, as operational resources are allocated area-wise. Exceptions may apply under management discretion.

Response time depends on traffic and distance but our hyperlocal model is designed to significantly reduce delays compared to city-wide dispatch systems.

Yes. The subscription model allows predictable revenue, enabling us to maintain ambulances strategically in high-demand zones. This ensures availability and operational stability.
